Nic Brown
Nic Brown is an author who lives with his wife and very small daughter in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. He is a graduate of Columbia University and the Iowa Writers' Workshop, where he was a Truman Capote Fellow and a Teaching-Writing Fellow. Floodmarkers, his first book, was published in July, 2009, by Counterpoint. Selections from Floodmakers have been nominated for the Pushcart Prize and have appeared in the Harvard Review, Glimmer Train, Epoch and the South Carolina Review.
