Volunteers
Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the 2009 NCLF. Over 100 volunteers will be needed to assist with the on-site management of the festival. The volunteer opportunities and shift times will be available mid February, 2009, as will an on-line volunteer registration form. Both corporate groups and individuals are welcome! A sample of the opportunities for involvement are as follows:
- Author Stages Venue Managers, Session Monitors, Author Assistants, Greeters/Ushers
- Children's Activity Areas: Venue Managers, Venue Greeters/Monitors, Activity Assistants, Author Escorts
- Author Hospitality Room: Venue Manager, Venue Greeters/Monitors, Check-In Table Assistants
- Volunteer Area: Venue Manager, Venue Greeters/Monitors, Check-In/Out, Table Assistants, Food/Beverage Assistants
- Information Booth: Booth Manager, Booth Assistants
- Media Booth: Booth Manager, Booth Assistants
- Vendor Check-In: Booth Manager, Booth Assistants
